With its inception in 1908 in Ohio, United States consumers and businesses have trusted Hoover to provide reliable, innovative cleaning solutions. Hoover offers a comprehensive line of products for general and special-purpose vacuuming, including full-size uprights and canisters, deep cleaners and hard-floor cleaners. Hoover also established a major base in the United Kingdom. The company dominated the entire electric vacuum cleaner industry especially in the regions of UK and Ireland. Today, Hoover is part of TTI (Techtronic Industries Co. Ltd) FloorCare North America, headquartered in Glenwillow, Ohio.

Vacuum users forget the importance of the filter of a vacuum cleaner. However it is the most essential component as it is the only part which determines how effective your vacuum can clean. Most vacuum cleaners have two filters a pre-motor filter and post-motor filter. The pre-motor filter stops dust particles from reaching the motor component, whereas the post-motor filter captures dust particles that arrive from outside the vacuum cleaner.

Popular Hoover Vacuum Filters

The WindTunnel Filter fits inside the dirt container on Hoover bag less canisters including the S3755, S3765, S3755045, S3765040 and S3755080. The fan fold design reduces resistance to air flow and sits in the dirt cup. Change after every 3 to 6 months.

Both filters should be replaced after a period of six months to a year in order to ensure optimum performance and superior cleaning.
