Shop with confidence! Red Vacuums offers a wide selection of vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, floor care products, vacuum parts, and household supplies. We’re committed to delivering excellent service and building long-lasting relationships with every customer.


📦 Order Processing Time

  • Handling Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Same-Day Shipping: Available on select in-stock items ordered before 2 PM ET (excluding weekends & holidays).

  • Order Verification: High-value orders may require additional verification, which may delay shipping slightly. We reserve the right to verify payment details to protect our customers and ensure a secure shopping experience. For your protection, all orders are screened for security purposes. If your order is selected for review, our Loss Prevention Team may contact you by phone or email. There may be a two business day delay to process your order.


🕐 Special Orders & Backordered Items

Some products may be listed as special order or may be temporarily backordered from the manufacturer even if the item shows in-stock.

  • These items are not subject to our standard shipping timelines.

  • They may require additional time before they are shipped.

  • We will notify customers by email or phone if an item on their order is delayed due to backorder or special order status.

  • Customers may choose to wait, modify, or cancel the affected item(s) upon notification.

  • Special order items are non-returnable, unless defective or damaged during transit. (See Return Policy for details.)

🚛 Shipping Options

  • Carriers: We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

  • Shipping to PO Boxes / APO / FPO: As long as USPS delivers to your location, we are happy to ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $50 ship free to the U.S. mainland (48 contiguous states).

  • Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Territories: Additional shipping charges apply and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that shipments to Alaska and U.S. territories may take longer than expected due to carrier and regional constraints.

  • No Expedited Shipping: We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

  • No International Shipping: We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.


✍️ Delivery Address Changes & Cancellations

  • Once an order is shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.

  • If you need to redirect your package, please contact the carrier directly (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) for assistance.

  • If a package is returned to us due to unclaimed delivery or refusal, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping charges and must place a new order with the correct address that will incur reshipping charges.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable for returned due to incorrect address, refused, unclaimed packages.


✍️ Signature Policy & Delivery Liability

  • Orders under $149.99: Typically do not require a signature. Packages may be left at your front door, mailbox, or porch at the carrier’s discretion.

  • Orders $150 and up: A signature is required upon delivery. Someone must be present or able to collect the package from a local post office or carrier facility.

🔐 Please note:
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Postal carriers do not reimburse for items after delivery and we cannot issue replacements or refunds in such situations.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure a safe and secure delivery location.

💡 Tip: Track your shipment and plan ahead. If you won’t be home, consider delivering to a neighbor, office, or a secure location with someone available to receive the package, or contact the carrier and ask to hold the package at the postal facility for in-person pickup.


📦 Damage Claims & Inspection

  • Customers must inspect packages upon receipt. If a package arrives damaged or missing contents, notify us within 5 business days of delivery.

  • Retain all original packaging and materials to support a damage claim.

  • Damaged or defective items due to shipping will be replaced at no cost.

  • If your shipment is severely damaged, please refuse the shipment and note the Bill of Lading “refused due to visible damage” and contact our Customer Care immediately at sales@redvacuums.com or by phone at 703-255-3500. In the event that a shipping damage occurs, all details of the damage or defect need to be clearly noted on all copies of the Bill of Lading and Delivery Receipt upon your inspection during your delivery in order for us to assist you with a return or replacement.

  • By signing for your delivery without noting the problem with your shipment on the delivery paperwork, you affirm your item was delivered to you with no damage or defect.

  • If the driver rushes you, YOU MUST WRITE "subject to inspection" next to your signature on the Delivery Receipt and Bill of Lading.

🚫 Refused / Unclaimed Packages

If a package is:

  • Refused

  • Unclaimed

  • Returned to sender due to an incorrect address

The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and reshipping will incur an additional fee.


📦 Excluded from Standard Shipping Policy

  • Special order and backordered items (as noted above)

  • Oversized and freight shipments (e.g. bulk items or commercial machines) may take 1–6 weeks for delivery, depending on the product and location.


🎁 Holiday Shipping Notice

Please allow extra time during peak holiday seasons (November–December) due to increased carrier volume and potential delays. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery.
Carrier delays are beyond our control.


⚠️ Shipping rates are subject to change without prior notice due to postage regulations, carrier rate increases, or fuel surcharges.
